Think Positive



Read this in a magazine had to share it:

"The unconscious mind has a hard time understanding negation.  When people say they don't want to be fat, it doesn't always register deep down inside.  You'll be more productive if you say, I want to be 9% body fat by April 2011.  That's positive and specific."

I really liked this.  I think that being positive and setting goals is important for getting results and keeping motivated.  Anywho, set a goal for yourself, or multiple goals.  Keep track of your progress and always stay positive!  Not only does it give you something to look forward to, but the feeling of accomplishment is great when you get there.  Just always remember it gets easier!
